Ian has touched the lives of many people in the neighborhood. In this next clip, he tells about his elderly patron, Helen Montgomery, who has since passed away. In addition to bagging her groceries, Helen wanted Ian to fix her television at home. He explains, “It was the simplest request. I felt bad taking the money.” But he was happy to help and returned regularly to her home whenever she needed channels reset on her cable box.
